This is a fascinating perspective on the evolution of business structures. The concept of companies becoming modular tech stacks really resonates: it mirrors how individual professionals are also building their own personal tech stacks to operate more efficiently. Great insights!

Brilliant post as ever John! In compressing the learning curve do you think that there might be a risk that companies opt to skip it altogether rather than use it as an amazing opportunity for genuine innovation?

I’ve been coming to grips with the fact it doesn’t have to be better than me to be valuable. It might not produce the same quality output but if it solves the same problem what’s the difference.

Great perspective on how this changes the dynamic of work. Do you think this will push people towards running “traditional” businesses like trades with an AI back office.

Thanks for sharing. I've been trying run the same experiments, but I cannot say I am pleased with the result. You must be excellent at articulating your requirements, would you be open to sharing more on this?

Deciding what to build has definitely become much more important than building itself. I like the phrasing, individuals can now and they need to act as companies!

It's not "what are you earning" or "does it pay well" anymore it's "whats your ARR" - annual recurring remuneration...
