Great article, John. I really appreciate the detailed examples backed by data. While your focus is AI initiatives, the problems and solutions you describe pretty much apply to all strategic transformations. In the end, it’s always about the humans. If you take time and apply disciple to create the right conditions for humans to understand the change, find meaning in it for themselves, give the the tools for success, and help them along the way, you have a good chance at success. If you just tell them to change to some new defined path, good luck. :-)

Good read.

Working for a fintech that has to an extent adapted AI in workflow.

Noted higher productivity.

No proper training and ofcos no cushion for job maintainance so process abit slowed down.The bigger picture for the business with AI, quite promising.

The fear of job loss real, but i think better approach would be when function moves where else would one be best placed...

i would not hesitate to apply it in my business...so when i think like that, i worry less on what my boss(who is running their business would do)

More logic than emotions.
