Thanks for this brilliant post John. I am so fortunate to have you as someone to follow to learn how to actually sell my expertise without shame. Thanks for genuinely giving us one of the only playbooks I actually use.

John, thank you for this series of posts. It's genuinely refreshing to learn these business concepts while watching you execute them step by step in public.

You've given me perspectives and ideas I hadn't found anywhere else. I feel so lucky to be able to follow your journey and learn from your process.

The transition from a low-ticket, unscalable offer into a full ecosystem is a great blueprint for anyone trying to monetize a audience. Appreciate you laying out the actual mechanics instead of just the high-level theory.

Your playbook may look slightly different, but the same patterns will be there: Build credibility and a back catalog, get close to your customer, and make offers. Brilliant stuff, John, and your success is well deserved!

The value here is that it is sequenced, not a grab bag. For operators the move that compounds is treating the newsletter as a positioning asset, not a publishing treadmill. Curious which of the five moved your paid conversion most. Saved.

Selling four hours for $99 sounds mad until you realise John basically got paid to stop guessing.

Four hundred hours with real people will tell you far more than another month polishing the offer alone.

The back catalogue idea is the one that doesn't get talked about enough, John β€” publishing consistently before you have an audience means that when people do find you, there's already something worth staying for, and that alone changes the conversion dynamic completely.

Of the six revenue streams you've built, which one surprised you most in terms of how quickly it took off?
